One doesn't often see fabric scrap bags in quilt shops anymore, and even quilt shops are becoming a rarity. So when I saw a fabric scrap bag listed on our local 'buy nothing' site I quickly responded. I started sorting the bag, it was so packed of fabric, it took me hours to sort into colours / patterns. Half way through the bag I tipped it into a box. Surprising how much fabric can fit into a small bag.
There were a couple of scraps that were minky, so they went into a bag.That was it in my sewing room this week. I got way laid when we booked a last minute cruise, (see our travel blog) and doing preparations meant that I only went downstairs once - to sort the fabric scrap bag. But what a welcome sight it was to see when walking down the stairs. Yes, I'm going to work on the fairy quilt while waiting for Bonnie Hunter's new mystery to start.Link Up Parties:
