This week I decided to finish the butterfly quilt, well put it together. I have been making the odd butterfly block the past few years as a leader ender project and thought I had enough to make a lap quilt. I thought about adding some blue blocks, but maybe that would be too close to the purple, so I just pieced the rows.I added a long yellow and teal row in between each butterfly row.I then added the same long strip to the top and the bottom to make it a size for a lap quilt.This weekend I will layer and quilt it.Link Up Parties for Inspiration:
