Lupine and Laughter - Part Four

Sew many pieces! I used paper piecing to make the half rectangles as that was easier for me. Being a visual person I highlighted the colour side and wrote 'right' or 'left' on each paper.

Worked well.

Also managed a couple more fussy cutting hexies.

  3. Love your step four! I'm string piecing some blocks and I've written on the paper what color goes where too for the same reason! I sure like your little hexies!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects

  4. Love the title to your blog! So very true for me. I am a piler and have lots of projects going and so many more creative ideas stirring. I really love the half rectangles and can understand your paper piecing. It makes for really great blocks.!

  5. Half recs are sure hard unless you have a special ruler. It was genius to just paper piece them! Love your fabrics. Can't wait to see this all come together. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.
