It's been a week of EPP this week. I've been working on the quilt from a few week back,
and as it's been so cold in my sewing room I have only made a few blocks on the machine - will post them next week. Above is block 23 and it is L for Lizard. Below is block 25 - M for mug.
Other than sewing, I did re-pot some phalaenopsis orchids, and helped get the vege garden ready for planting. Here are two phals with the buds just opening.

Thank you Jennifer, it will be a long time WIP.
DeleteOoh, loving those fussy cuts! Now I have to take a look back to see how this started.
ReplyDeleteThank you Vivian. It's a different shape each year but always ending in a hexie. It is so fun to do.
DeleteI'm having such fun following your fussy cut alphabet inspired blocks. I'm impressed you have so many great prints of the correct size and letter to draw from.
ReplyDeleteThank you Gwyned, the trick is buying FQ with the right size design on them when I see them.
DeleteLove how you fussy cut that top block!! It seems weird to hear you say its cold as we are so tired of 100F weather haha!! sending you warmth!!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I know what you mean about the weather - especially today when it is overcast and cold. Each winter seems to be getting colder and colder - and wetter and wetter. Guess that's climate change.
