Had a lovely two weeks away on a cruise up the Queensland Coast and then to Papua New Guinea. It was lovely to get away, and although I did take some hand sewing with me, I got little done.
I finished block 34 of the focus-cutting sew along. Theme was Q sections and I used a Quidatch ball fabric.
It was great to get away and relax for a while. Lots of reading and trivia, and just gazing at the sea.
It was interesting visiting a different country, it was our second visit to PNG. Link Up Parties:

ReplyDeleteHow lovely to go on a cruise! Did you purchase any of the PNG fabric shown? It would be interesting to see what you might make with it. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

ReplyDeleteSounds and looks like a fabulous cruise. Love the folded towels in your cabin. Nice "hexie".
