A Little Easter Sewing

With Easter only a few weeks away I thought I would make some Easter egg bunting. Using a template, I cut out the backing and the batting. I have a bag of scrap batting off cuts that I use for small sewing.

I think the backs look as good as the fronts.

I started by making some single colours and then decided to make them more coulorful. I might even embellish them.

I made them as leaders and enders - along with some red scraps items - while sewing the orphan block backing for a quilt.
