Messy House Saturday Catch-up 3

We are now in week 3 of our road trip, and have already changed our planned itinerary - good to be retired and free to roam 😉.

I use to travel with a sewing machine, but now we camp mostly un-powered so hand stitching (and reading) is my main relaxation. Block 16 of the focus cutting sew-along is sections for H. I chose Mexican hats.

One of the places we visited was Marlborough, the birthplace of P.L Travis, author of Mary Poppins - hence the photo above. Here is block 17 - I for insects, motif.

Thought I would end this blog post with a view of our van,
.. and one of our afternoon cocktails - a guava vodka martini. Love retirement.
